Kumar is a man of many plans.
Kumar Arora is an entrepreneur, investor, & consultant behind many startups and brands. Some of his ventures include Sora Sushi, ILTHY®, FutureLAND, and more.
Consistently pushing the envelope on design and innovation, much of his work centers on the idea of creating novel products, teams and scaling brands. His concentration lies in a variety of industries including consumer brands, entertainment, packaged goods, product development, marketing, & design.
With a plethora of skill sets, Kumar has taken his vision and expertise to lead the way with strategic investments and growth opportunities with his parent company, Arora Ventures.
Arora Ventures provides resources, investment, consulting services to assist early-stage to mid-sized businesses. His business performance has driven remarkable growth in brand recognition, marketing presence, and overall customer loyalty in a variety of sectors.
Kumar serves as a consultant and advisor for a range of industries. He boasts an impressive roster of clients ranging from Fortune 500s, startups, to celebrities and athletes.
Community activation meets Entrepreneurship…
Lebron James caught attention of Kumar's ventures and was one of the hand-picked investors on the hit CNBC reality show "Cleveland Hustles". On the show, Kumar invested $200,000 towards another new business: Old City Soda to expand manufacturing, open up their very own brick-and-mortar concept, as well as expand into national distribution. This catapulted Kumar into the world of media and makes him the youngest investor on CNBC as well as the first Indian-American on television as an investor.
Driven by his desire to make a positive impact on others and his community, Kumar firmly believes in the power of collaboration and overcoming obstacles together. He sees each challenge as an opportunity for personal and collective growth. Kumar's dedication to empowering others and his remarkable achievements position him as a leading figure and catalyst for the entrepreneurial movement in the Midwest.
LA gave Kumar flight, but Cleveland gave him his roots.
More recently, Kumar has returned to Cleveland, Ohio, from Los Angeles, where he served as the Chief Branding Officer for Real Good Foods. During his time in LA, he continued his work in design, consulting, and marketing, launching new brands and expanding his portfolio.
Back in Cleveland, Kumar is committed to pursuing civic activities and finding ways to empower his city. He remains deeply involved in mentoring young entrepreneurs and supporting initiatives that foster economic growth and community development. Through his ongoing efforts, Kumar continues to drive innovation and inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs.
